Harvest CEO Jane has been blazing a path across New York all week long, spreading the home-decarbonization gospel to anyone and everyone who will listen. But that doesn’t mean Harvest is done with Climate Week.
Come hang out with Harvest at the Marketplace of the Future this Saturday from 11am - 9pm. It’s your chance to touch an actual Harvest Pod and bathe yourself in factoids about the smartest HVAC on Earth.
The 8th annual Marketplace of the Future is a “World’s Fair” style expo showcasing innovative solutions to climate change. The 40 organizations at the Marketplace cover solutions across the five primary sources of greenhouse gas emissions: Energy, Transportation, Food and Agriculture, Buildings, and Industry. “
The 1939 New York World’s Fair was dubbed “The World of Tomorrow,” and featured new inventions like the fluorescent light bulb, air-conditioning, and television. We like to think Harvest fits somewhere in between the light bulb and the aircon, but…you be the judge, 85 years after the first Fair.
